Let’s Talk About Your Wedding

After you submit the form, I’ll review your details and give you a call to discuss your wedding, answer questions, and go over the next steps.
The WEDDING PROCESS
1.) Initial Inquiry & Booking
Once you inquire, we’ll discuss your vision, answer your questions, and confirm availability. To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required.
2.) Wedding Questionnaire & Planning Meeting
After booking, you’ll receive a detailed wedding questionnaire to help us gather all the key details about your day. About three months before your wedding, we’ll meet (in person or virtually) to review your completed questionnaire and finalize any remaining details.
3.) Pre-Wedding Consultation
A few weeks before the wedding, we’ll connect one last time to confirm the timeline and address any last-minute updates or questions.
4.) Your Wedding Day
Relax and enjoy every moment! We’ll arrive early to capture all the details, candid moments, and everything in between.
5.) Sneak Peek Photos
The night of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek of a few photos to relive those initial moments.
6.) Full Gallery Delivery
Within 4 weeks, your full online gallery will be ready. From there, you can download, share, and even order prints.
7.) Album Design & Delivery
If you’ve chosen a wedding album, we’ll work with you to design it using your favorite photos. Once finalized, your custom album will be delivered to you.
